Everything was great, good locale, good service, friendly staff. Small cluster of 8 villas meant that we were almost never disturbed by other guests.

In-room breakfast was a choice of 14 internationl/local breakfasts, a choice of juice and a pot of coffee/tea. Nothing great, but sufficient for until we head out for lunch. Free shuttle to within Seminyak means that we could go to any of the restaurants in the area without hassle.

Only damper was a water pump breakdown on the last night. We waited 2 hours (thank goodness for the DVD we bought from a shop across the road) before we demanded some action. Villa stuff ferried us to their affiliated spa 1 minute drive away. Water service resumed soon after we got back to the villa. I suggested to the crew that they request the boss to put in a back-up water pump(Clement C., Singapore)
It is a good location but from our experience the room was not well maintained. A light fixture was dangling over the pool and it was rusted so obviously it was ignored. The kitchen cabinets had leftover food particles. The fridge was not wiped down well. Mirrors were not clean in the bathroom. The roof top deck above still had clothes left behind from the previous guests. The lounge bed on the roof top deck had a dirty sheet on it.
We visited before NYE so we were not able to switch rooms. Hopefully the other rooms are not what we experienced.

The location is good but I would not stay because I have a toddler. I like things fairly clean.(Leilani G., Philippines)
Our stay at the Villa was great! Service was definitely five-star, services such as the daily in-room breakfast and the one-way drop off was valued added. There is a variety of local/international dishes to choose from the breakfast menu..

Just a point to add, I did think that the furnishing looked a little old and the bathroom fittings were mouldy around the sinks and the shower. Which should not usually be the case for a 4.5 star to 5-star accommodation...

The on-site service staff were friendly, and they are able to give suggestions on what to do and even plan day trips at the very last minute and they would also make reservations at the restaurants for you etc.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience ...and would recommend the villa based on its location and its friendly staff.(Sharon C., Singapore)
