The worst experience I've ever had in my life! The hotel itself and the staff are bad! I strongly recommend all the visitors to avoid it. The receptionists were respectless. Generally speaking, I would rate it -5 starts.(Rami H., Saudi Arabia)
We go to Bali twice per year so know it well. We speak the language reasonably well and we need to as well and nobody spoke english very well here.

We got there to find there was only one villa - so no villas as the name suggests. The villa was large with two bedrooms and a small plunge pool. The bulk of the area was a large open air kitchen, lounge and dining area where the staff often walked through. The villa is definately NOT private or near the beach (and the beach is not a good swimming beach when you get there) or walking distance to shops, restaurants or anything for that matter. The area is run down and unkept so nothing scenic either. Next door is a building site which is noisy and looks straight onto the pool.

I spoke to the manager who said "you got it cheap" which is far from the truth. We paid top dollar here and felt very cheated. I was not happy and let him know it. The general staff cooked breakfast in the morning and I'd rather have done it myself. Very poor.(David S., Australia)
Par ou commencer.. lepersonne ne parle pas anglais,vous ete loin de tous, la plage n'est pas belle, c'est une grande villa avec 3 chambre, et non pas 3 villas, la cuissine et salon a aire ouvert... "mais" le personnelle l'utilisse ausi aucune vie priver.. immaginer ci 3 couple aurais reserver :( , heureusement nous etions les seule, pour les chambre nous avion reserver la chambre standar... et grande surprisse de constater une forte odeur de moisisure dans la chambre ont pouvais meme y voire d enorme tache de moisisure.. infiltration d'eau par la toiture. Point fort: ont a pus avoir la grande chambre en echange ,au deuxieme etage et sa WOW tres belle chambre tres grande ... mais pour tous le rest a DECONSEILLER GRANDEMENT(David T., Canada)
