what you see from the pictures, are what you get.

until, you want to take a shower. what a nightmare. no hot water, no pressure of the water, ended up we just clean up what ever we can clean.

having a big pool, isn't an answer to the above problem, right? we still need to clean up ourself.

tried to find the location is another nightmare story.

but we really appreciate the two guys who always help us when we stayed there. hope they can get better villa to take care of.(Elsa W., Netherlands)
Pros - The rooms were awesome, spacious, modern furniture/carpets. Each room had large TV & DVD player. The pool was awesome, overlooking magnificent views of Bali city, especially at night. The open lounge area was excellent with modern furniture, larger TV with DVD player & HBO. Nice comfortable couches. Photos of villa on Agoda website are what you get. Neat and tidy. Butler service to cater for your needs. Away from the noisy traffic.

Cons - water pressure/hot water to some of the rooms was poor. The room I stayed in you had to use the bath and not the shower because there was little water pressure. Shower outside next to the pool also had little pressure.
There is no 'room service' as such..! There is no 'menu' to choose meals from. We gave the butler money and told him what we wanted to eat (meals that he could cook). He then went off on his scooter and came back with the ingredients and cooked. (meals were nice).
The airconditioning in our room was pleasant but not cold, even after turning the thermostat down. The airconditioning in the bathroom was great and I left the large bathroom doors open to help aircondition the room.
The bathroom is sealed by large panel windows, as is the shower. There is a service glass door that you can go through into a small garden from the shower. This door does not seal 100% and allowed Mosquitos into the room. On the second night, due to it raining, large amount of flying ants made there way into the bathroom (I admit that I did leave the bathroom light on as I had just finshed having a shower), thankfully I closed the bathroom door and they did not make it into the bedroom. I solved the mosquito issue by placing a mosquito coil in the bathroom shower at night and 1 in the bedroom.
Mobile phone reception was poor however that was ok with us. There was a telephone in each room but I did not use. No WiFi. (did not query this with butler but agoda shows is available!).

Having said this i would stay again just for th(Tammy F., Australia)
